Blas Restaurant at Twr y Felin Hotel Receives Radio Pembrokeshire's Business Awards, Food, Drink and Hospitality Accolade

One of Wales’ leading luxury boutique hotels, Twr y Felin, St Davids, is celebrating its latest accolade with its two Rosette Restaurant Blas being awarded the Food, Drink and Hospitality Award at the Radio Pembrokeshire Business Awards at a prestigious ceremony held in Milford Haven on July 20th 2017.

Opened in March 2016 Wales’ first contemporary art hotel, Twr y Felin already holds AA 4 Silver Star status as a hotel of superior quality and under Head Chef Simon Coe, Blas Restaurant was awarded two Rosettes, just eight months after opening.

Blas Restaurant offers a menu of local seasonal produce, sourced from predominantly Pembrokeshire and Welsh suppliers, as well as foraged ingredients from the surrounding countryside and coast.

Twr y Felin Hotel is a former windmill that has been restored and extended into a luxury heritage property and is now home to 21 bedroom rooms. These include a suite located in the former windmill tower which spans three floors and offers 360 degree views over the St Davids peninsula.

Twr y Felin is open daily for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and drinks.
Menus are updated daily by Head Chef Simon Coe and his team to reflect the seasonal produce available.
